Acceptance

Solaro Residence is a sole proprietorship in Mumbai, Maharashtra, trading online as Solaro Residence. Browsing or ordering means you accept these terms, the Privacy Policy and the other policies linked in the footer. If you do not, please do not use the site.

Accounts and access

You can check out as a guest or register. If you register, the security of the password — and the activity under it — is yours. Write to [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access. Accounts used for fraud or abuse may be suspended.

Pricing and payment

All prices are shown in Indian rupees and include any applicable tax. We are below the GST registration threshold and are not GST registered, so no GST is charged and no GSTIN is issued. Payment is by UPI for prepaid orders or Cash on Delivery on serviceable PIN codes; we do not accept cards.

Stock and pricing move without notice. A mispriced listing is flagged to you before dispatch, and you may confirm the correct price or cancel and be refunded in full.

Placing an order

Confirmation is acknowledgement, not acceptance — the contract begins when the goods leave us. Orders may be declined for stock that has run out, an unserviceable PIN code, a pricing error, or details we cannot verify.

Delivery, returns and cancellation

Timelines and charges live in the Shipping Policy, returns in the Refund and Returns Policy, cancellations in the Cancellation Policy. Together they form part of these terms.

Intellectual property

The text, layout, photography and branding on this site belong to Solaro Residence unless stated otherwise. Marks owned by others are used only to identify what an item is, and remain theirs. Republishing our content commercially needs written permission.

Liability

The site and its contents are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

To the extent permitted by law, Solaro Residence shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from the use of this site or from any product purchased through it, whether based on warranty, contract, tort or any other legal theory. No part of this limits what Indian law says cannot be limited, and your Consumer Protection Act, 2019 rights stand.

Applicable law and jurisdiction

Applicable law is Indian law, including the Information Technology Act, 2000, the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023. Any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Mumbai.
