Delivery, payment and returns, alongside the outdoor decking and home accessories questions we hear weekly.
How many tiles cover a balcony?
Each listing gives the tile size and pack count. Measure the area, divide by the coverage stated, and add a tile or two for cuts at the edges.
Can the wood tiles stay outdoors?
They are sold as outdoor decking tiles. Any weathering or oiling guidance appears on the listing where the supplier provides it.
Is Cash on Delivery available?
Yes, on serviceable PIN codes at no extra charge.
Why do you also stock indoor items?
The same households buy both. Rather than run two shops we keep a working indoor range alongside the decking.
How do returns work?
Unused, uninstalled and in original packaging within 10 days of delivery.
Do you charge for delivery?
Delivery is free on orders of ₹999 and above. Below that a flat ₹49 applies anywhere in India. Orders confirmed before 3:00 PM IST on a working day are dispatched the same evening.
Are your prices inclusive of tax?
Yes. Prices are in Indian rupees and include applicable tax, with delivery shown separately before payment.
Do you charge GST?
No. Our turnover is below the GST registration threshold, so we are not registered, no GST is charged and no GSTIN is shown.
Which payment methods do you accept?
UPI for prepaid orders and Cash on Delivery on serviceable PIN codes. Cards are not accepted and no payment details are stored by us.
How do I track my order?
Tracking is sent by email and SMS at dispatch and works on the Track Your Order page.
