Packing and dispatch

Wood and composite deck tiles travel banded on edge in a braced carton so the slats never take a crush load flat-on. Roll-out pathways ship rolled with the roll held by two straps. Indoor items in this catalogue follow their own packing: racks flat-packed with fittings taped inside, glassware wrapped individually, and bulk packs sealed in their supplier carton.

Our courier collects once a day, so an order confirmed before 3:00 PM IST goes out that evening and a later one is packed the following morning. There is no dispatch on Sundays or public holidays; we pack Monday to Saturday.

Delivery area

Orders leave Mumbai, Maharashtra for serviceable PIN codes anywhere in India. Where a courier cannot reach a PIN code, checkout says so up front instead of leaving you to find out later.

There is no retail counter here. We sell and dispatch online only.

Delivery charges

Orders at or above ₹999 ship free. Under that, a single ₹49 charge applies regardless of parcel size or destination. Whatever the cart shows is what you pay — there is no extra handling charge.

Delivery estimates

Delivery is normally three to five business days for metros and five to nine for the rest of India, measured from dispatch. Add 1 to 2 business days for packing.

These are estimates from our courier partners, not guarantees. Weather, strikes and public holidays move them, and we would rather say that plainly than promise a date we do not control.

As soon as the courier collects, tracking goes out by email and SMS. You can also check it on the Track Your Order page. If nothing changes for three working days, contact [email protected] and we will push the courier.
